First Stop is all about making progress

Jess, our wellbeing support worker, assists in realising aspirations and overcoming obstacles.

At first stop we hold a variety of clubs and courses to help you achieve and maintain your wellbeing goals.

Our unique “7 Steps to Mastering Your Mindset” course is a transformative 7-week journey with one-hour sessions each week. This course helps uncover barriers, tackle limiting beliefs and create new habits for a positive outlook on life. You’ll gain practical tools to enhance your life. Limited spots are available, so booking in advance is necessary.

Looking for a friendly group activity? Join us for “Walk and Natter” on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM, outside the South Park cafĂ©. It’s a wonderful way to meet new people, get some fresh air and break away from the usual routine.

If you’re interested in connecting with like-minded individuals and beating isolation, check out “Allotment Thursday.” Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just want to mingle, this group provides a welcoming space to socialize and engage with others in your community.
